Dawn Kerslake is a Consultant Midwife working for South East Coast Ambulance Service. She has over 32 years’ experience in hospital maternity care and 4.5 years in prehospital. She understands both the logistical and clinical challenges that prehospital poses and adapts her style to accommodate this. She is keen to help prehospital clinicians feel less daunted and better equipped to manage pregnant women/people in the community, citing some top tips to assist when caring for this patient group.
