COVID-safe, face-to-face, interactive workshops
Although we see the value in webinar teaching, at PREMED we strongly believe there is no substitute for face-to-face
teaching. Our courses are all designed by experienced healthcare professionals to provide the learner
with the knowledge and skills to provide
excellent emergency care.
Taught by specialist paramedics with a range of clinical backgrounds, PhEDECs™ comprises three levels, appropriate for a variety of learners, and covers a range of learning outcomes incorporating elements of the diagnostic approach to ECGs, underlying anatomy and physiology, rhythm interpretation, and associated treatment
Point-of-care ultrasound is becoming increasingly popular in prehospital care due to both developments in technology and gradually reducing cost. PHUSED™ is intended to provide the prehospital practitioner with a hands-on introduction to ultrasonography and overview of the fundamental scans used in prehospital critical care.
Delivered by specialist paramedics and doctors with experience in prehospital critical care, IMACC™ is a practical course designed to provide the learner with the requisite skills and knowledge to provide safe and effective immediate airway care in the emergency environment.
